In a pot heat oil and add mutton, cook for a minute. Now add ginger garlic paste, salt, white pepper, cumin powder and cook for 4-5 minutes.2. Add water and cover with lid. Let it cook over low flame for 2 hours or until mutton gets tender.3. Your mutton rosh is ready.Directions for Dal Mash Preparation:4. In a pot heat water and add dal mash, turmeric powder and mix well. Boil until dal gets 50% done.5. Now in another pot heat oil and add onion, cook until translucent.6. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. Now add tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook for 4-5 minutes.7. Now add half-boiled dal and water and cook on low flame until dal gets tender. 8. Now add whole spice powder and mix well. your dal mash is ready.9. For tarka, in a pan heat oil and add garlic, cook for a minute.10. Now add dried red button chilies, chili powder and pour the tarka over prepared dal mash.11. Your dal mash is ready.
