Serves 4-5
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Laung (Cloves) 4-5
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) tbs
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 1 tsp
-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
-Tez patta (Bay leaf) 2
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Mutton with bones kg
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 & tsp or to taste
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked Cup
-Water 1.5 litre
-Water 1-2 Cups
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed

Directions:
-In mortal & pestle,add cumin seeds,cloves,coriander seeds,black peppercorns,black cardamom, cinnamon sticks,bay leaves & crush well.
-On muslin cloth,add crushed spices & tie to make a potli & set aside.
-In a pot,add cooking oil,onion & fry until light golden.
-Add mutton & mix well until it changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,pink salt,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add yogurt,mix well & cook until oil separates.
-Add water,spices potli & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 60-90 minutes.
-Remove potli,add water,mix well & bring it to boil,let it simmer for few minutes until oil appears on the top.
-Sprinkle black pepper crushed & serve!

-Mortal & pestle mein zeera,laung,sabut dhania,sabut kali mirch,badi elaichi,darchini aur tez patta dal ker ache tarhan crush ker lein.
-Malmal ka kapra mein crushed spices dal ker potli bana lein & side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Mutton dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste,haldi powder aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
-Pani aur spices potli dal ker ubal lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 60-90 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Potli ko remove ker lein,pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein aur few minutes kliya halki ancch per paka lein ta ka oil upper ajaye.
-Kali mirch crushed dal ker serve karein!
