Naan Pockets
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Tawa Naan:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 cups
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tsp
-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Khameer (Dry instant yeast) 1 tsp
-Oil 1 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) ¼ cup
-Pani (Water) Luke warm as required
Chicken:
-Dahi (Yogurt) ½ cup
-Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 3 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chili) Chopped 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Green coriander) 1 tbs
-Chicken small cubes ½ kg
-Oil 2 tbs
Chutney:
-Podina (Mint leaves) 2 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chili) 4-5
-Hara dhania (Green coriander) 3 tbs
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
-Mayonnaise 2-3 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) ¾ cup
Assembling:
-Naan
-Chicken
-Pyaz (Onion) Chopped
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) Chopped
-Band gobhi (Cabbage) Chopped
-Chutney

Directions:
For Tawa Naan:
-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,sugar,baking soda,salt,instant yeast,oil,yogurt and mix well.
-Add water and knead until dough is formed.
-Apply oil over the dough, cover and let it rest for 2-3 hours.
-Add oil and knead again.
-Now take a dough,makes 5-6 naans and coat in dry flour, roll the ball with the help of rolling pin into a flat round circle and prick with fork.
-Heat griddle and put round dough and cook from both sides.
For Chicken:
-In bowl,add yogurt,whole spice powder,red chili powder,salt,lemon juice,green chili,green coriander and mix well.
-Add chicken,mix well and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
-In frying pan,add oil and add marinated chicken,cook until chicken is done,set aside.
For Chutney:
-In grinder,add mint leaves,grren chili,green coriander,salt,cumin seeds,mayonnaise and yogurt, grind until smooth,set aside.
For Assembling:
-Take naam,add chicken,onion,tomato,cabbage and drizzle chutney.
-Cover one side of naan, pierce the tooth pick and serve with chutney.

For Tawa Naan:
-Bowl mein maida,cheeni,baking soda,namak,khameer,oil aur dahi dal ker mix ker lein.
-Pani shamil karein,ache tarhan ghoond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Dough per oil lagayein,dhak ker 2-3 hours kliya rakh dein.
-Oil dal ker dough ko dubara ghond lein.
-Ab dough ki 5-6 naan bana lein aur aata mein coat ker lein,rolling pin ki madad sa ball ko roll ker lein aur flat round circle bana lein,fork ki madad sa prick ker lein.
-Tawa ko garam karein aur round dough dal ker dono side sa paka lein.
For Chicken:
-Bowl mein dahi,garam masala powder,lal mirch powder,namak,leemo ka rus,hari mirch aur hara dhania dal ker mix ker lein.
-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur 15-20 minute kliya marinate ker lein.
-Frying pan mein oil aur marinated chicken dal ker chicken pak janay tak paka lein,side per rakh dein.
For Chutney:
-Grinder mein podina,hari mirch,hara dhania,namak,zeera,mayonnaise aur dahi dalein, smmoth grind ker lein,side per rakh dein.
For Assembling:
-Naan per chicken,pyaz,tamatar,band gobhi aur chutney dal dein.
-Naan ko ek side sa cover ker ka tooth pick laga dein aur chutney ka saath serve karein.
