Naan Recipe Vegan Healthy | How to make Naan at home on Stove without Eggs, without Yogurt | Eat East Indian

Naan bread is loved by everyone in our family and I am sharing a vegan version of this recipe that you can try if you dont have oven in your kitchen. You can make naan bread at home on a stive top. Also called Tawa Naan and this one is vegan and quite healthy. It can be made without eggs or yogurt.

Recipe/Ingredients

2 cups of whole wheat flour
1/tsp salt and sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp yeast mixed in 1/3 cup of luke warm water
2 tbsp oil for the dough

Coconut oil to grease naan on top when cooked

Mixed the ingredients to form dough as shown in the video. Let dough rest for 2 hours. Roll out small portions and then cook on a hot skillet until both sides are brown.
