Well, here is an amazing & spicy recipe of Tarri & poha wherein Tarri is too spicy as its cooked with few spices & lots of red chilli powder & a little more oil than usual... Ingredients:
For cooked chana
Chana (soaked & Boiled) 2 cups
Salt to taste

For tari
Oil (quantity mentioned in method section)
Dry Coconut 1/3rd cup
Onions 2-3 medium size (sliced)
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Ginger 1 inch
Cinnamon stick 1 inch
Cloves (Laung) 4-5 nos.
Black peppercorns 4-6 nos.
Jeera (cumin seeds) 1 tsp
Rai (mustard seeds) 1 tsp
Bay leaves 2-3 nos.
Hing (asafoetida) 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chilli powder 4 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Jeera powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 2 tsp
Salt a large pinch (As per taste)
Boiled chana
Coriander leaves & stems (chopped)
Water 1-1.5 litre boiling
Amchur powder 1 tsp
Tomatoes 3-4 Medium size (halved)
A handful of Fresh Coriander (chopped)
For Poha
Soaked Poha - 250 Grams (soak for 5-7 min)
Oil: 2 Tbsp
Cumin Seed: 1 tsp
Green Chillies 2 (Finely chopped)
Curry leaves (10-15)
Turmeric Power 1/4tsp
Potato 1 (Medium sized)
Salt as per taste
Onion 1 Big sezed (Sliced)
Water : to sprinkle
Fresh Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp

Aloo Sev / Nylon Sev for Garnishing
