In a bowl add ghee and sugar, mix it until it gets creamy in texture. Set aside. Directions for Dry Mixture Preparation:2. In a bowl add all-purpose flour, semolina, gram flour, cardamom powder and baking powder and mix it well.Directions for Nan Khatai Preparation:3. Combine the dry and creamy mixture together and form a smooth dough, leave it for 20-25 minutes.4. Then give it a shape of khatai with your hands, brush it with egg yolk, put almonds on it and place them on a greased pan lined with butter paper.5. Heat the pot with salt in it for 30 minutes.6.
