Ghee [घी] - 100 gms
Sugar Powder [चीनी पाउडर] - 210 gms
All-Purpose Flour [मैदा] - 170 gms
Gram Flour [बेसन] - 50 gms
Semolina [सूजी] - 1 tbsp
Nutmeg Powder [जायफल पाउडर] - 1 tsp
Milk [दूध] - 2 tbsp
Milk [दूध] - To Glaze
Pistachio [पिस्ता] - To Garnish

Steps for Nan khatai Recipe are:

- Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 170º C.
- Add ghee and sugar powder to a bowl. Mix them properly.
- Add all-purpose flour, gram flour, semolina, and nutmeg powder to it.
- Then add milk to it. Mix everything to a dough-like texture.
- Take small portions of the dough and shape it into a cookie.
- Place them on the tray of the oven. Glaze it with milk and garnish it with pistachio.
- Bake them for 20 minutes for 170º C.
- Nankhatai is ready.
