Bellissimo!For more delicious recipes check out our channel @CookingwithNapolina Serves: 4Prep Time: 15 minsCook Time: 30 minsIngredients:400g Napolina Rigatoni Pasta300ml single cream2 tbsp Napolina Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped300g mushrooms, slicedSalt & Pepper to tastePreparations1. In a saucepan of salted boiling water, boil the Napolina rigatoni pasta as per the packet instructions and keep aside a ladle of pasta water2. In a saucepan, add the olive oil, garlic and mushrooms and cook on a medium heat for 10 mins until the mushrooms have softened and become golden brown.3. Season with salt and pepper to your taste then add the single cream and mix together well for a further 5 mins, the sauce will gradually thicken and become creamy.4. Add in the cooked Napolina Rigatoni pasta along with the ladle of pasta water and fold the pasta into the sauce gently ensuring all of the pasta is coated.5. Serve into four bowls and enjoy!
