Add cardamom & basmati rice. Saute for a minute.- Then add coconut milk, salt and cardamom powder. Mix everything well. Cover it and let everything cook for few minutes.- Add the saffron strands and mix well. Again cover it for few minutes.- Add sugar and mix everything well.
