The entire Food Fusion team came together to make breakfast that day. Nathia Gali Anda Ghotala & Sandwich
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Aalo (Potato) 1 large
-Himalayan pink salt to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) powder tsp or to taste
-Tamatar (Tomato) 1 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chillies) crushed tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp
-Himalayan pink salt tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) tsp or to taste
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1-2 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) boiled 2
-Anday (Eggs) 3-4
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
-Makhan (Butter)
-Bread slices 2
-Makhan (Butter)

Directions:
-Peel potato & cut into small cubes.
-In a bowl,add potato,pink salt,red chilli powder,mix well & set aside.
-Finely chop tomato,onion,green chiilies & set aside.
-On a heated griddle,add cooking oil,add potato & fry on medium flame for 5-6 minutes & set aside.
-In the same oil,add onion,green chillies,mix well & saut for 2-3 minutes.
-Add red chilli crushed,turmeric powder,pink salt,red chilli powder & mix well.
-Add tomato,fresh coriander & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes than mash well.
-Add butter & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add boiled eggs (grated) & mix well.
-Add eggs,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
-Add black pepper crushed & mix well.
-Add cooked potatoes,green chilli,fresh coriander & butter,cover & steam cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes & serve with bread or paratha.
Prepare Sandwich:
-Grease hand sandwich toaster with butter,place a bread slice,add prepared anda ghotala mixture,place another bread slice & apply butter on it,close the sandwich toaster & grill on stove from both sides (2-3 minute).
-Cut sandwich into slices & serve!

Directions:
-Aalo ko peel ker ka small cubes mein cut ker lein.
-Bowl mein aalo,pink salt & lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Tamatar,pyaz aur hari mirch ko finely chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Garam tawa per cooking oil aur aloo dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Us he oil mein pyaz aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya saut ker lein.
-Lal mirch crushed,haldi powder,pink salt aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tamatar aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir ache tarhan mash karein.
-Makhan dal ker darmiyani ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Boiled anday (grated) dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Anday dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Cooked aloo,hara dhania aur makhan dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein & serve karein.
Prepare Sandwich:
-Hand sandwich toaster ko makhan sa grease karein,bread slice rakh ker tayyar anda ghotala mixture dal dein,ek aur bread slice rakh ker makhan laga lein aur hand sandwich toaster ko close ker lein aur stove per dono sides sa grill ker lein (2-3 minutes).
-Sandwich ko slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
