ltr Buffalo Milk (boiled)
1 cup Sugar

For Dayathla Kharda :

1 tbsp Cumin Seeds (roasted)
3 Green Chillies
1 cup roasted Peanuts
Rock Salt (as per taste)
Juice of Lemon
1 cup Curd

For Paneer Rajgira Paratha
100 gms Amaranth Flour (rajgira)
cup Barnyard Millet Flour (samo rice)
1 Potato (boiled & grated)
tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
Rock Salt (as per taste)
2 tsp Oil
Water (as required)
1 tsp Oil
1 cup Paneer (grated)
3-4 Green Chillies (chopped)
inch Ginger (crushed)
cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Juice of Lemon
tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
Rock Salt (as per taste)
1 tsp Oil
