Neapolitan Bundt Cake Cupcake Jemma

You guys should know by now that we absolutely LOVE a bundt cake and also ice cream... So it only seemed fitting to put the two together and make a Neapolitan bundt cake right?! Jemma's showing you how to make this super easy recipe - 3 flavours all in one? Some would call this a triple threat... Super squishy & moist vanilla, chocolate & strawberry pound cake all marbled together and topped off with a crackly glaze? PERFECTION!

290g Soft Butter
185g Cream Cheese
415g Caster Sugar
5 Eggs
Pinch of Salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Vanilla:
100g plain flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp Baking Powder

Strawberry:
80g plain flour
3 tbsp strawberry powder (15g)
Food colouring
1/4 tsp Baking Powder

Chocolate:
30g cocoa
70g plain flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp Baking Powder

Glaze:
450g Icing sugar
9tbsp Milk
