A special dish from the Malabar region, the easy snack for evenings that is Ney Pathal. It's famous among the Muslims as it is cooked during the holy month of Ramzan. From the region of Kerala, Sneha Nair brings this delicious recipe of Ney Pathal.

Ingredients:
- Ghee
- 1 cup of Water
- 2 cups of flour
- salt to taste
- 1 cup of desiccated coconut
- 2 spoon of cumin seeds
- ½ chopped onion

Method:
- In a pan add ghee, to which add water and later once it's warm add the flour and add salt to taste and mix it and switch off the gas.
-In a mixer add onion, coconut, and cumin seeds and blend it.
- In a bowl mix the dough mixture and the blended mixer and add some water and knead the dough.
- Roll the dough and make it in to little balls and tap it in form of small puris.
- In a pan heat up the oil and fry the Neypathal until they are cook well and turn.
