DO YOU PREFER SAVORY OR SWEET FOOD? I prefer savory food for sure. But I do enjoy the occasional dessert For the crust I used about a cup of pitted dates, 3-6 drops of vanilla extract, 1 tablespoons of cacao, 1/4 cup of pecans and 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon. For my second layer: 3-4 Frozen bananas, the water of one coconut with flesh and 1 tablespoons of rose water or you can even add cashews or coconut oil. Third and last layer: 1 cup of fresh strawberries and 1 or 2 cups of frozen strawberries or raspberries make sure they are sweet add some sweetener if needed. Topped of with fresh blueberries and coconut. Freeze until is firm.
