METHOD

1. Neatly line the bottoms and sides of square baking dish (20cm) with baking paper, with the baking paper overhanging the sides.
For the cheesecake batter:
2. Place the cookies in a resealable bag and finely crush with a rolling pin until fine crumbs are formed.
3. Pour the crumbs into a heatproof bowl and add 2 tablespoons of the condensed milk and microwave for 30 seconds. Mix together until combined.
4. Press the cookie crumb mixture into the base of the baking dish with the back of a spoon and refrigerate for 10 minutes while making the cheesecake filling.
5. Using an electric hand-mixer, whisk the condensed milk and cream cheese together for 2-3 minutes until smooth and combined.
For the P.S. cheesecake bars:
6. Chop the Cadbury P.S. Caramilk into chunks. Fold rds of the chopped Cadbury P.S. Caramilk through the cheesecake batter.
For the Astro cheesecake bars:
7. Chop the Cadbury Dairy Milk Astros into small chunks. Fold rds of the chopped Cadbury Dairy Milk Astros through the cheesecake batter.
8. Pour your preferred flavoured cheesecake batter over the biscuit base and sprinkle the remaining chopped chocolate on top. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, or overnight, until set.
9. Cut the cheesecake into squares and ENJOY! *Chefs Tip: Dip a sharp knife in hot water and then dry for easy slicing!
