NO-CHEF Chocolate Mousse Tart, Caramel & Almond Cream ! It's all love

NO Whisk. NO Eggs. NO Bake. NO Gluten. NO Mixer. NO Dairy. NO Scale. NO Animal. NO Food Processor. NO Knife. Yet, I made it, and so will you... The NO-CHEF Challenge is on. EXCITING !

NO bake, raw crust
Makes 1 tart :
------------------------
5 dates, finely chopped
30 almonds, bashed
Mix into a paste
Form a crust,
chill in the freezer

Chocolate Mousse :
Makes for 4 tarts. Or 1 with plenty leftovers.

A cup of chickpea water
Whisk until fluffy, 10 minutes, gradually adding 3 tbsp of sugar
Melt 1 cup chocolate in the microwave oven 30s - 1min
Loosen it with 3 tbsp mousse, one at a time
Incorporate loosen chocolate into mousse.

Fill molds,
Chill overnight in the fridge, better, but we know you won't do it.
So chill it in the freezer 2 hours. (I only did one though, but don't be like me)

Spun sugar = Caramel Garnish
-----------------------------------------------
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp corn syrup
1 tbsp water
Mix and microwave on high for about 2 minutes
must smell good and be light golden
Warning it is super hot. dangerously hot.
And it still cooks in the mold.
Let is chill a bit, then drizzle on greased paper

Almond cream.

Dress everything as shown in the video.
