Spread the love! :)Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredients:2 cups full fat milk 1 stick cinnamon6 to 8 cloves4-5 peppercorns3 to 4 green cardamom pods½ tbsp grated ginger ¼ cup water2 tbsp Tea Powder 250 ml whipping cream, chilled (not whipped)½ cup condensed milkHoney for servingMethod:- Crush dry spices in mortar pestle.- In a pan, boil water along with crushed spices and ginger till it comes to a vigorous boil.- Add tea leaves and milk and bring to boil. Simmer till reduced. Allow to cool and strain. Chill till further use.- Whip cream till stiff peaks. Keep aside.- Whip condensed milk and add chilled tea. Whip well. Fold with whipped cream gently. Place in air tight container and freeze for 4 to 5 hours or till set.- Serve along with drizzle of honey (if you feel sweetness is less. (Alternatively, you can drizzle honey in the container itself while freezing).
