Goan Sorak is a No Oil Veg Curry. This flavourful Tangy Coconut Curry is very simple and easy to prepare. It goes well with steamed rice and pickle. I have served it with Brinjal pickle, the video of which is already uploaded on my channel.
I have used an earthen pot to make this Goan Sorak curry. So shall we head into Indian Mom's Kitchen and see how to make this yummy No Oil Recipe, the Goan Sorak.

Ingredients in the order of instructions:
1/2 tsp Cumin/Jeera
7 Garlic cloves/Lehsun
1/2 tsp Haldi/Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 Onion
5 dry Kashmiri Chillies
1 tsp Dhania/Coriander powder
1 cup grated Coconut
A little water
Onion - 1
Green Chillies - 3
Tomato - 1
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water - 2 cups
1/2 cup Imli/Tamarind pulp
Few curry leaves/Kadipatta
