Ingredients:

6 Bread slices with corner trimmed
1 Tbsp butter
1/4 Cup Spring onions
1/4 Cup finely chopped mushrooms
1/4 cup boiled corns
1/4 Cup capsicum
1/2 Cup Cheese grated(regular + mozzarella)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to season
1/4 Tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 Tsp mixed seasoning
1/4 Cup of boiled noodles
Oil for frying
1 Tbsp all purpose flour mixed with 2 tbsp water
