And if you make it, please let me know in the comments.RecipeRolled Oats: 1.5 - 3 cupsPumpkin Seeds: 1/2 - 1 cupSesame Seeds: 1/4 - 1/2 cupFlax Seeds: 1/4 - 1/2 cupPecans: a few handfulsOil: 1/3 cupHoney: less than 1/4 cupSoy Sauce: 2 TblsSalt: 1 1/2 TspAleppo Pepper: 1+ TblsBlack Pepper: Couple of pinches3 Egg WhitesDirections:1. Mix everything together2. Spread it on a baking sheet3. Bake at 325F for 45 - 50 minutes, stirring at least twice during the process
