Nylon Khaman -

Ingredients:
Measurement cup- 200ml/240ml
Fine besan - 1 cup
Citric acid/nimbu ka sat - 1 tsp
Refined sugar - 3 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Refined oil - 2 tbsp
Total Water used - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp + 1 tsp
Baking soda - 3/4th tsp + 1 tsp water

Sugar syrup:
Water - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Tadka :
Refined oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 5 slit
Curry leaves

Fresh coriander for garnish
