Stay fit, Stay healthy!OATS AND BERRIES SMOOTHIE BOWL FOR MAKING OATS ½ cup oats½ cup water FOR SMOOTHIE½ banana ½ cup mixed berries frozen or fresh (Blueberries, raspberries etc.)5-6 Almonds½ cup water FOR TOPPINGS Fruits of your choice I used Banana, Blueberries, almond shavings, and grapesMETHODTake a microwave safe bowl and add oats and water. Microwave it for 2 mins and keep it aside.To make smoothie, take all the ingredients and blend in mixer jar until well combined.Add the smoothie to oats bowl. Add toppings of your choice.
