Oats And Flax Seed Pops | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Super healthy balls to pop on to made with oats and flax seeds.

OATS AND FLAX SEEDS POPS - (Serves - 4)

Ingredients

½ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ cup flax seeds
6 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
⅔ cup grated dried coconut
1 cup roasted oats

Method

1. Combine peanut butter, honey and vanilla essence in a bowl and whisk using an electric beater. Add flax seeds, chocolate chips, coconut and oats and mix well. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls.
3. Serve.
