Ingredients:-
For Oats Dosa
1 cup - Rava
1 cup - Rice flour
1 cup - Plain Oats
1 cup - Curd
Cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Green chilies
Oil for frying
Ghee

For Chutney:
1/2 Grated coconut
100 gm Byadagi Mirchi
10-12 Garlic pods
2 Onions
100 gm Tamarind
Salt to taste

Method:-
For Oats Dosa
In a bowl add rice flour, semolina, oats, curd, salt, cumin seeds, green chili, water and mix well and make a batter.
Heat a pan, pour the batter, spread some oil and ghee on it.
Once it's done on one side, remove it out on a plate.
Our healthy Oats Dosa is ready.

For Chutney:
Grind byadagi chillies, tamarind, garlic, coconut, salt into a paste. Our Garlic Chutney is ready.
