Ingredients:
• Oats : 1 Cup
• Groundnuts : ½ Cup
• Jaggery : 1 Cup
• Cashews : a Handful chopped
• Almonds : a Handful Chopped
• Cardamom Powder: ½ Teaspoon
• Ghee : 1 Tablespoon

Method of Preparation:
• Heat a pan and dry roast ½ Cup Groundnuts till aromatic and they change colour.
• Take the roasted Groundnuts in a plate for some time.
• In the same pan heat 1 Tbs Ghee and fry chopped Cashews and Almonds.
• Fry them till brown and place them aside in a plate.
• Grind the roasted groundnuts coarsely in a mixie jar.
• Now, to the same pan fry 1 Cup Oats for 5 to 6 Min to add flavour to them and place them aside for a while.
• In a pan add 1 cup Jaggery and ¼ Cup Water, let the jaggery melt and bring it to a boil stirring it.
• Boil the syrup till we get a string consistency.
• When we get the required consistency add ½ a tsp Cardamom Powder to the syrup.
• Now to the syrup will add coarsely ground Groundnut and fried nuts as well.
• Then, will add the fried Oats also on low flame only.
• Now, put off the flame and mix them all.
• Transfer the mixture to a plate let it cool down for a while.
• When it is Luke warm will take small portion of the mixture wet your hands and mold them into Laddu's.
• Place them all on a plate and yes are healthy and tasty Oats Laddu's are ready.
