Cooking Time: 20 minutes. Serves 4.Ingredients1 cup quick cooking rolled oats½ cup pineapple puree1 tbsp ghee½ cup sugar1 cup milkFor the garnish 1 tbsp almond (badam) slivers Method1. Heat the ghee in a broad non-stick pan, add the oats and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes or till they turn light brown in colour while stirring continuously.2. Add the pineapple purée and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.3. Add the sugar, milk and ½ cup of water, mix well and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes or till the liquid evaporates, while stirring continuously.4. Serve hot garnished with almond slivers.
