Crunchy Oats & Sprouts Salad

Ingredients:
Roasting Oats & seeds
Ghee – ½ tsp
Oats – 1/4th cup
Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
Flax seeds – 1 tbsp
Pumpkin seeds – 1 tbsp
Sunflower seeds – 1 tbsp

Hung curd dressing –
Hung curd – ½ cup
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
Chaat masala – ½ tbsp
Amchoor – 1/4th tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Honey – 1 tbsp

Green moong sprouts – 1 cup
Moth/matki sprouts – 1 cup
Black chana sprouts – 1 cup
Onion – 1/4th cup chopped
Tomato – 1/4th cup chopped
Re/yellow capsicum – 1/4th cup chopped
Carrot – 1/4th cup grated
Cucumber – ½ cup chopped
Pomegranate seeds – 1/4th cup
Apple – ½ cup chopped
Coriander – 1/4th cup chopped
Mint leaces – 1/4th cup chopped
Roasted peanuts – 1/4th cup crushed
