Take oats flour in a bowl. Add carrot, onion, coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and green chillies and mix well.2. Add 1 cup water, and knead into soft dough.3. Take a non-stick tawa, add a portion of the dough, dip your fingers in water and spread it into a thick disc. Make a few holes in the center.4. Place the non-stick tawa on heat and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat. Drizzle a little oil. Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes or until golden and crisp.5.
