Following a viewer's suggestion, we have decided to task Rainier and Sew to cook a healthy balanced meal for each other. Will they be able to satisfy their buddy's taste buds? Or will they wreak havoc in the kitchen? Watch to find out!

Rainier's Recipe
100g brown rice fusilli
100g lean minced beef
150g broccoli (chopped)
70g mushrooms (sliced)
20g cherry tomatoes
mozzarella
1 tbsp ricotta
a few basil leaves
1/2 onion (diced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
pasta sauce

Directions:
1) Boil broccoli in salted water (for seasoning) till cooked
2) Pan fry the cherry tomatoes and garlic until the skin of the tomatoes start to rupture
3) Stir in the garlic and onions in the pan, and set aside once fragrant
4) Stir fry the beef until cooked then set aside
5) Cook your pasta in salted water (for seasoning) till just shy of al dente
6) In a bowl, tear your basil leaves in and mix it with the ricotta
7) Place your cooked cherry tomatoes in a saucepan and add in a few tbsp of pasta sauce. Mash the cherry tomatoes with the sauce
8) Mix in all the other ingredients into the saucepan
9) Layer your mixture with mozzarella and the ricotta in a baking dish
10) Cover with foil and place in into a pre-heated oven at 160C for 20 minutes

Sew's Recipe
100g chicken breast (thickly sliced)
100g brown rice (cooked)
20g cherry tomatoes (halved)
70g mushrooms (sliced)
150g spinach
5 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp unsalted butter
balsamic vinegar
parsley
olive oil

Directions:
1) Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper
2) Pan fry the chicken breast in olive oil until cooked and well-seared
3) Melt the butter in the pan with along with some olive oil
4) Stir in half of the garlic and tomatoes and season with salt, remove from heat once the butter has browned and set aside
5) Saut your mushrooms until the mushrooms have halved in size
6) Stir in the rest of the garlic and add balsamic vinegar to taste
7) Stir in the spinach and remove from heat when spinach is cooked
8) Serve the rice with the chicken breast and spinach dish, and garnish with parsley
