Watch to find out!For more information about planning balanced meals using My Healthy Plate, click here: https://www.healthhub.sg/programmes/55/my-healthy-plateThis video was brought to you in partnership with Health Promotion Board.Rainier's Recipe100g brown rice fusilli100g lean minced beef150g broccoli (chopped)70g mushrooms (sliced)20g cherry tomatoesmozzarella1 tbsp ricottaa few basil leaves1/2 onion (diced)3 cloves garlic (minced)pasta sauceDirections: 1) Boil broccoli in salted water (for seasoning) till cooked2) Pan fry the cherry tomatoes and garlic until the skin of the tomatoes start to rupture3) Stir in the garlic and onions in the pan, and set aside once fragrant4) Stir fry the beef until cooked then set aside5) Cook your pasta in salted water (for seasoning) till just shy of al dente6) In a bowl, tear your basil leaves in and mix it with the ricotta7) Place your cooked cherry tomatoes in a saucepan and add in a few tbsp of pasta sauce.
