No Oil Matar Paneer:
Ingredients:
To Make Gravy:
3 Mid-Size Chopped Tomatoes
2 Mid-Size Chopped Onion
6-7 Cashew
1-Inch Chopped Ginger
7-8 Garlic
1-2 Chopped Green Chillies
1 Bay Leaf
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
2 Pc Cardamom
3-4 Cloves
2 Tsp Coriander Powder
3 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
Water As Required

To Make Matter Paneer:
200-Gram Paneer Cubes
Cup Boiled Peas
1 Tsp Kasuri Methi
Tsp Garam Masala
Salt As Per Taste
2-3 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
Water As You Want

No Oil Palak Paneer:
Ingredients:
For Palak mixture
1-2 branch chopped Palak
2-3 mid-size chopped onion
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
2-3 chopped green chillies

To make Palak paneer:
300-gram paneer cubes
Palak mixture
1 tsp coriander powder
tsp red chilli powder
tsp turmeric powder
tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasuri methi
