Here is how you can make it at home very quickly.Ingredients:2 cups cut pieces of Madras Cucumber4 slit Green Chillies1 cup thin Coconut milk1/2 cup thick Coconut milk2 tbsp Coconut oilFew Curry leavesSalt to tasteMethod: Peel and cube the Madras Cucumber into 1 cm pieces. Cook the pieces along with thin Coconut milk, slit Green Chillies and Salt till it becomes soft. Add thick Coconut milk and drizzle Coconut oil over it.
