Omelette Keema Roll (Paratha Roll):
Ingredients for mince:
1/2 kg Chicken mince
1 tbsp Red chili flakes
1 tsp Salt
2-3 tbsp Oil
Ingredients for egg mixture:
3 Eggs
1 cup Mince
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
2 tbsp Green coriander (fresh)
2-3 Green chilies
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
Ingredients for hot mayo sauce:
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Ketchup
2 tbsp Hot sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Black pepper

Ingredients for topping:
Cheese slices as required
Tomatoes as required
Onion as required
Green coriander as required
Homemade paratha (cooked)
Directions:
In a pan heat oil, add chicken mince, salt, red chili flakes and cook until mince dries for 4 to 5 minutes.
Now in a bowl add eggs, mince, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, green coriander, green chilies and black pepper.
Then in a pan pour egg mixture on low flame, let it cook a bit. Top it with paratha, flip and cook it.
Sprinkle cheese on top, when it melts take paratha out from pan.
Top it with tomatoes, onion, coriander, drizzle sauce and roll it.
Your keema roll is ready to serve.
Direction for sauce:
In a bowl add mayo, ketchup, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and black pepper.
Mix all them well and your sauce is ready.
