Ingredients:
3 tbsp Ghee
3 Cloves/Laung
2 Cardamom/Elaichi
2 pieces Dalchini/Cinnamon
1 tsp Jeera/Cumin
3 Green Chillies/Hari Mirch
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 cup boiled Corn
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Dhania/Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Haldi/Turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 cup washed and soaked Rice
1/2 cup Kasuri methi
2 cups Water
