A must try recipe.ONE POT PASTAIngredients ¾ cup macaroni1 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon chopped garlic1 medium onion, finely chopped1 small carrot, cut into small pieces4-6 baby corn, cut into small pieces¼ green zucchini, cut into small pieces2 fresh oregano sprigs + for garnishing1¾ cups vegetable stockCrushed black peppercorns to tasteSalt to taste¼ cup green peas4-6 cherry tomatoes, halved2 tablespoons parmesan cheese powder + for garnishingMethod1. Heat olive oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add onion and sauté for 1 minute.2. Add carrot and baby corn, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add zucchini, mix and cook for 1 minute.3. Add torn oregano, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add macaroni, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add 1½ cups vegetable stock and mix.4. Add crushed peppercorns and salt, mix, cover and cook till macaroni is half done. 5. Add green peas and cherry tomatoes and mix. Add remaining vegetable stock, mix, cover and cook till macaroni is fully done.6. Add parmesan cheese powder and mix well.7.
