Fried chicken tossed in a flavourful mix of sauces is a must try lip-smacking recipe.ONION FRIED CHICKENIngredients400 grams chicken leg boneless, cut into 2 inch pieces2 medium onions, slicedSalt to taste2 tsps light soy sauce1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste1 tsp red chilli sauce¼ tsp white pepper powder¼ tsp white vinegar1½ tbsps sesame oil 1 tsp oyster sauce1 fresh red chilli, diagonally sliced + for garnish½ tsp brown sugar1½ tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves Method1. Take chicken in a bowl. Add salt, light soy sauce, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli sauce, white pepper powder, vinegar and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 20 minutes.2. Heat sesame oil in a shallow nonstick pan. Add the marinated chicken and sauté on high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.3. Add onions, salt and cook on high heat till the onions turn golden brown.4. Add oyster sauce, red chilli, brown sugar and mix well. Cook on high heat for 1-2 minutes.5. Add coriander and mix well.6.
