Onion Pakoda (Onion Bhaje) is a mouth watering indian snack. It is used as a strater snack in most indian parties and large meals. It goes with imli chutney

Ingredients


1/2 tsp baking pdr
1 cup big Onion
50 gm cashew nuts
2 leaf curry leaves
1 piece Ginger finely sliced
1 cup Gram Flour Besan
2 number Green chillies
pinch jeera
1 to fry oil
2 tbsp oil or butter
1/4 cup Rice Flour
1 to taste salt

Directions
Take a bowl add very thin sliced onions, green chillies,ginger sliced,curry leaves, if you want to add cashew nuts soak in water for 10 min and then add it to the onions,salt mix well.

in another bowl add besan,rice flour, salt, jeera, baking powder, oil, now add the onion mixture mix well if need sprinkle water and mix well again.

Heat oil and deep fry till it is golden brown
