Orange You Glad Smoothie! This is my current favorite smoothie, it's so refreshing and packed with vitamin C, vitamin A and fiber to keep you feeling full + regular

Orange You Glad Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 Cup Chopped Carrots
1 Navel Orange, Peeled & Segmented
1 Frozen Banana
1/2 Inch Fresh Turmeric, Peeled & Sliced
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Serving Plant-Based Protein Powder
Ice (Optional)


Directions:
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth, about one minute.
