Im heading to Madrids famous La Casa del Abuelo in Madrid, Spain to learn how to cook one of Spains iconic tapas, gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp or garlic prawns). These guys have been making this dishes for decades, and they do the best ones Ive had in Spain. This is a dish you can cook in about 5 minutes. The ingredients:
10 or so shrimp (or less if theyre large)
One or two dry chillies
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
Handful of fresh parsley, chopped
Virgin or extra virgin olive oil
Salt
