Pinto Gallo is easy to do with dry or canned beans, any kind you want, brown or white rice, Instant Pot or stovetop... Tune in at dinnertime to see how we top this dish to make it more exciting!

We will be sharing videos every day for the next few weeks to inspire your family to connect together in the kitchen and keep cooking healthy food...

You can make a single batch in an Instant Pot, double batch in an 8qt Instant Pot, or on the stovetop. To do that, you just put everything in a pot on the stove, leave the beans out while the rice is cooking, and cook the rice according to package directions, usually 15 minutes for white rice, 45 for brown. Don't lift the lid while it's cooking! Then stir the beans in at the end.
