pann leaf is normally used in making pans in india because it helps in digesation but paan kabab is a innovation that cooking marinated chicken with paan leaf to extract flavours of pan leaf is good thought aand also it taste good.

Ingredients
Beetle leafs (paan) 4 n

Chicken breast 2 n

Hung curds 3 tb

Salt

Garam masala 1 ts

Cardamom powder ½ ts

Pistachios 15 g

Almond 15 g

Green chilly 3 n

Lime juice 2 tb

Chat masala 1 ts

Ghee 1 ts


Directions:
First take chicken breast and cut them in to paan shape,



Marinate the chicken: take some hung curd add salt, garam masala powder, cardamom powder, pistachios and almond (soak into the water and remove the skin) add green chilly, lime juice, chat masala, mix it well, add ghee, take this marinate and put it on the chicken breast on the both sides and put the paan leaf also and rest for 1 hour.

Put the paan leaves on the grill let it cook for 60 to 170 degree for 10-12 minutes for both sides.
