Paan Popsicles | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

This paan flavoured popsicles are made by using freshly ground meetha paan. A must try recipe !

PAAN POPSICLES

Ingredients

½ cup coarsely ground meetha paan
1 cup milk
1 cup fresh cream
½ cup powdered sugar
1 cup milk powder
2 tablespoons candied rose petals (gulkand)

Method

1. Blend together milk, cream and powdered sugar to make a smooth mixture. Transfer in a bowl.
2. Add milk powder and whisk. Add meetha paan and candied rose petals and whisk well.
3. Pour the milk-paan mixture into individual popsicle moulds, cover and freeze for 4-5 hours.
4. Demould and serve immediately.
