A drink made with betel leaves, desiccated coconut, cherries and vanilla ice cream.

PAAN SHOTS

Ingredients

2 betel leaves
1 tablespoon colourful desiccated coconut
1 teaspoon shredded sweetened betel nut
1 teaspoon edible colourful balls + for garnishing
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
4-5 glaced cherries
4-5 sweet dates, shredded
2 tablespoons candied rose petals (gulkand)
½ cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk

Method

1. Blend together torn betel leaves, desiccated coconut, shredded sweetened betel nut, edible colourful balls, fennel seeds, glaced cherries, sweet dates, candied rose petals, vanilla ice cream and milk to make a smooth mixture.
2. Pour in individual serving shot glasses, garnish with colourful balls and serve immediately.
