Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.-Grease hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth.-Take a small dough (70 g), sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin. Prick with fork (makes 5-6).-In wok heat cooking oil and fry on medium low flame until golden brown.
