This beautiful green khakra prepared with fresh spinach, fenugreek and moringa leaves is not just healthy but delicious too.
PALAK METHI KHAKRA

Ingredients

1½ cups whole wheat flour + for dusting
¾ cup spinach puree
¼ cup chopped fenugreek leaves
½ cup chopped moringa leaves
Salt to taste
¼ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder


Method

1. Add spinach puree, moringa leaves, fenugreek leaves, salt, red chilli powder, Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder to whole wheat flour and mix well.
2. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into equal portions. Dust some whole wheat flour on the surface and roll out each portion into a thin disk.
4. Heat a nonstick tawa, transfer the prepared khakra on it ad roast on low heat for 3-4 minutes, Keep pressing so that the khakras don’t puff up.
5. Allow to cool and serve.
