With the goodness of palak and methi, this parantha can be a wholesome and nutritious meal for your loved ones.PALAK METHI PARANTHA Ingredients ¼ medium bunch spinach leaves (palak), shredded¼ medium bunch fresh fenugreek leaves (methi), finely chopped1½ cups whole wheat flour + for dustingSalt to taste1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste¼ tsp turmeric powder1 tsp red chilli powder ½ cup yogurt1 tbsp oilGhee for spreading and bastingMethod1. Take fenugreek leaves in a bowl. Add spinach leaves and salt and mix. Add ginger-garlic paste and wheat flour and mix well.2. Add turmeric powder and chilli powder and mix. Add yogurt and knead into a dough. Add oil and knead into a soft dough. Set aside for 10 minutes.3. Heat a non-stick tawa.4. Divide the dough into equal portions, coat them with some wheat flour and roll out into thick discs.5. Spread some ghee on each disc, dust some flour on top and fold into triangle and roll out to make semi-thick triangles.6. Roast the triangles on hot tawa from both sides till golden, basting with some ghee.7.
