Palak Pakoda | Kids Snacks Recipe | How to make Pakodi | Palakura Pakodi Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1. Chopped Spinach
2. Bengal Gram Flour - 1 Cup (Approx.)
3. Chopped Coriander Leaves
4. Curry Leaves
5. Diced Onions
6. Chopped Green Chillies
7. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
8. Ajowan Seeds - 1/4 Teaspoon
9. Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
10. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Teaspoon
11. Rice Flour - 2-3 Tablespoons

To a bowl, add washed and chopped spinach leaves. Add 1 cup bengal gram flour, 2-3 tablespoons rice flour(for crispness), diced onions, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon ajowan seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt or salt to taste and mix. Don't add water, moisture from washed spinach will be sufficient. Add bengal gram flour according to batter consistency. Add more salt or chilli powder according to taste. Heat oil for deep fry. Wet hands with water, take a bit of batter and release small portions of it into the oil. Pressing it with hands will make the pakodis thinner and crisper. Fry on medium flame till they turn light brown and flip. Fry till they become brown on all sides. Serve hot.
