Hello friends, today I’ve shared the easiest way to make palak paneer at home. Healthy and tasty recipe. Must try palak paneer in my way in this winter, you’ll love this recipe.

Preparation time: 5-6 mins
Cook time:5-7 mins
Serves: 3-4
Ingredients:
Spinach(palak): 1 bunch(250-300gm)
Paneer(cottage cheese):200gm
Grated ginger: 1 tsp
Grated garlic:1 tsp
Green chilli: 3(as per taste)
Coriander leaves
Asafoetida (hing): pinch of
Cumin seeds: 1/4th tsp
Dry Red chilli:1
Bay leaves
Green cardamom:1
Cloves:2
Cinnamon:1/2 inch
Oil: 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder: 1/4th tsp
Red chilli powder: 1/4th tsp
Coriander powder: 1/2 tsp
Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
