2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 med. Onion
1 Tsp Minced Ginger
1 Tsp Minced Garlic
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 Capsicum
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Cup Tomato Puree
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tsp Kasuri Methi
Juice of 1/2 Lime
2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
