Palak Pulao RecipeToday I am sharing a very easy healthy and yummy recipe with you and that is Palak Pulao. It is a complete meal as in this recipe along with palak we are adding potato (source of carbohydrate) and soya nuggets or soya chunks or nutri (source of protein) It is complete blend of carbohydrates, proteins and green leafy vegetable.Do try this at your home and lemme know your response.Ingredients:Boiled Rice 2cupPalak leaves 1cupBlanched Palak Puree 1/2 cupBoiled Potato 1 medium sizeSoya nuggets 1/2cupCumin seeds 1/2tspRed pepper powder 1/2tspSaltSabut MasalaMethod:1.Add oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and sabut masala (cinnamon/dalchini, 2 green cardamom/choti elaichi, 2cloves/laung).Cook them for 10-20secs.2.Add boiled potato and cook it till golden brown.3.Then add soya nuggets/ soya chunks/ nutri and cook it for 2-3 mins.4.Add palak leaves and cook it for another 2-3 mins.5.Add salt and red pepper powder and mix it well.6.Add palak puree (boiled the palak leaves in a boiling water for 5 minutes and then drain it and then blend it in a fine paste) and cook it for 1 minute .7.Add boiled rice and mix them gently.Our Palak Pualo is ready to serve.For more videos subscribe to my youtube channel ANYONE CAN COOK WITH DR.ALISHA-~-~~-~~~-~~-~-Please watch: "इस होली पर मेहमानों और बच्चों के लिए बनाएं ये बहुत क्रिस्पी Macroni Kurkure जो सब मांग मांग खाएंगे " https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7RKQothgDEY-~-~~-~~~-~~-~-
