PAN FRIED ROSEMARY BREAD - (Serves - 4)Ingredients½ teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary 2 cups refined flour + for dusting1 teaspoon fresh yeastA pinch castor sugar½ teaspoon salt1 tablespoon olive oil + for greasingMethod1. Take yeast in a bowl. Add a pinch castor sugar and 2 tablespoons warm water, mix and set aside to activate. 2. Combine flour and salt in a bowl and mix. Make a well in the centre, add activated yeast and mix well. Add some water and knead into a dough. 3. Add rosemary and olive oil and knead into soft dough. Cover with damp muslin cloth and set aside to prove for 15-20 minutes. 4. Transfer the dough on the worktop and knock back to release excess air. 5. Divide the dough into equal portions. Dust the worktop with some flour, roll out each portion into thick sheet and cut into 2 inch pieces. 6. Heat a non-stick tawa. Grease with some olive oil, place each piece and roast for 2 minutes on each side or till golden. 7.
